RETURN POLICY

At Madhavi Signatures, every product undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Returns And No Exchanges

All orders are final. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is non-returnable under any circumstances. Also, we do not offer exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, size issues, color preferences, fit concerns, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours will be strictly rejected.

To be eligible for review:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage is mandatory for verification.

• An unboxing/opening video is compulsory for all damage claims. This video must be recorded continuously from start to finish without any cuts, edits, or pauses.​
   

After verification, Madhavi Signatures reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution (replacement or store credit, if applicable).
No cash refunds will be issued.
 

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the claim.
